I know we state eliminate internet downtime..but SS features automatic internet failover…so if you are in a business and your internet provider somehow fails (and we know they all do from time to time) SS automatically is notified…so there is no lapse time,…at all business continues to run smoothly as if nothing has happened.

Also, by allowing us monitor its health we are automatically notified with a DVR system is turned off…or a camera fails…in turn we can notify management..that something is up…we monitor the overall health of the DVR systems so the management team doesn’t have to worry if their system is operating properly.

We also has audio capability (the use of that can vary from state to state though…because of voice recording laws)
